Where can I use the Scanner?
The Scanner can be used in all calibrated countries. See the list of calibrated countries. If your area is not in the list, please get in touch with us via info@agrocares.com.
What is the warranty of the Scanner?
The standard Scanner warranty is 1 year. Extra warranty of 6 months, 1 year or 2 years can be added when ordering a Scanner F. Refurbished scanners come with a 3-month warranty.
Does the Scanner require any consumables?
No. In general the Scanner does not require any consumables to analyse materials. The delivery box includes a cleaning brush, calibration cap, charging cable and sample tray; these items can also be ordered separately in the AgroCares webshop.
What is the difference between the Scanner and the Lab-in-a-Box?
The Scanner is a mobile device that provides an analysis within minutes, to be used in the field for quick monitoring of soil, leaf and feed materials. The Lab-in-a-Box is a fully equipped laboratory for soil analysis that includes sample preparation and provides a complete soil status (macro- and micronutrients) within a couple of hours.
