Position overview
As Product Manager FeedCares, you are the link between animal nutrition, customers, technology and commercial growth.
You will work with feed manufacturers, livestock producers, distributors and strategic partners to understand their challenges and show how FeedCares can add value. At the same time, you will bring insights from the market back to our technical and commercial teams.
What you will do
- Drive the international growth and commercialisation of FeedCares.
- Identify new customer needs, applications and commercial opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors and strategic partners.
- Support Sales and Marketing with your expertise in animal nutrition and feed analysis.
- Translate customer feedback into improvements to the product and its positioning.
- Train customers and distributors and help them get the most out of FeedCares.
- Work closely with R&D, Data Science, IT and Laboratory teams on further product development.
- Represent FeedCares at customer meetings, industry events and international projects.
In short, you make sure that a strong technical solution also becomes a solution that customers understand, trust and want to use.
Profile
We are looking for a commercially minded animal nutrition professional who can translate technical expertise into practical customer solutions. You bring:
- A Master’s degree in Animal Nutrition or a related field.
- Approximately 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in animal nutrition, feed or the livestock industry.
- Strong knowledge of animal nutrition, feed formulation, feed ingredients and digestive physiology.
- Experience in a customer-facing, product management, technical or commercial role.
- A commercial and entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to identify and develop opportunities.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with both technical specialists and commercial decision-makers.
- A proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented way of working.
- Fluency in English; French and/or Spanish is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
Employment conditions
- Salary range: €3,600 – €4,500 gross salary based on 40 hours per week.
- 25 holidays.
